Our client is a leading Global Consumer Electronics company. They are now looking for a Customer Care Executive to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Day-to-Day inquiries from customers Via emails and calls.
Assist the Head of Customer Support with his emails, coordination, and customer queries.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
المهارات
Preference:
Age Limit – 32 years
2+ years of experience as operations coordinator or Executive Assistant
Qualifications:
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Must be good in outlook, Email writing, preparing daily reports
