الوصف الوظيفي Vacant Roles: - Passionate Sales Managers / Sales Leaders - Experienced Sales Executives As a Sales Manager for a freight and forwarding company in Dubai, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales activities of the company and to manage a team of sales representatives. Your primary duties include the following: Developing and implementing sales strategies. المهارات 1. Sales Managers must have proven 10+ years Sales Management experience and leadership skills within the Shipping & Logistics industry in the UAE. 2. Sales Executives must have proven 3 to 5 years Sales experience within the Shipping & Logistics industry in the UAE. 3. Has strong knowledge of Container/Shipping Lines/ Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / Logistics. 4. Has strong knowledge related to Sales in Shipping & Warehouse - Logistics FCL / LCL - (Air / Sea / Land). 5. Must have a proven track record and strong sales performance in similar industries and has an existing list of potential contacts or sales leads. 6. Sales Revenue Driven - must have a strong persistence and determination to achieve sales targets. 7. Must be confident, well-spoken, professional and proactive to get new business opportunities. 8. Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or any similar field. 9. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. English is a must, Arabic is a plus. 10. Male or female, any nationality can apply.
