We are looking for Senior Accountant
CA Inter/ CA Finalist/ ACCA Finalist with Audit experience at least 2 years in UAE as Accountant in a reputed organization, who can speak English and Hindi/Urdu
Job description / Role:
• Verify allocate post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable,
• Produce error-free accounting reports,
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status,
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending,
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant,
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures wherever applicable,
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers,
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process,
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule,
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns (VAT & Corporate Tax),
• Plan assign and review staff s work
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports(Monthly, Quarterly & Annually),
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions & filling),
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports,
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures,
• Coordinating activities and answering questions,
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information,
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls,
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements,
• Banking,
• Prepare Salaries, wages and final settlements,
• VAT Return filling, well versed with VAT Rules,
• Must have knowledge for Corporate Tax,
• Always have can do approach and must handle the department independently,
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions,
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends,
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidentiality.
