الوصف الوظيفي • Drafting and negotiating contracts, primarily on the revenue side of the business for the Business Services business unit. • Handling Litigation, arbitration, corporate mergers and real estate investment activities. • This role will work closely with and support multiple members of the Legal team. • Providing legal advice to clients in tax matters, including capital financings. • Conducting research on financing and capital markets transactions. • Extending support in corporate finance transactions and private equity fund formation. • Reviewing financial documents and conducting investigations on unsecured borrowing. • Providing support on asset-backed by giving necessary legal advice. • Preparing repurchase borrowing arrangements and loan transaction activities. • Overseeing mortgage loan activities and preparing the necessary legal documents. • Handling unsecured borrowing transaction activities and assisting in solving credit issues. • Preparing investment agreements and solving financial activities. • Assisting in drafting contracts and Sales purchase agreements. • Conduct due diligence review on the issuer of the securities, draft the prospectus and other disclosure documents describing the issuer and its securities to the potential investors, negotiate agreements between the issuer and its advisers, and navigate the transaction through regulatory hurdles. • Dealing with various financial institutions across the world. covering Geo Treasury Operations. المهارات • Master’s degree - Preferably • Licensed to practice law • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/group-legal-director-4675905/ |
