Quality Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Develops, implements, manages and tracks effectiveness of an food safety management program
Authorizes product release as it pertains to food safety, product registration, food watch handling and other legal compliance.
Tracks completion of corrective action and verifies preventative actions
Analyses activities outlined in the FSMS for completion, efficacy, and efficiency
Internal audits, Directs and schedules customer, 3rd party, and regulatory audits. Interacts with regulatory personnel, food safety auditors, and customers to maintain positive and responsive relationships
Investigates customer complaints
Lead the Food Safety and HACCP team
Conduct statistical analyses of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related programs and
Conducts hazard analyses and monitors quality measures to set the standard for quality assurance and handle PRPS

المهارات
A bachelor’s or associate degree in Microbiology, Food technology or other bioscience
Experience in the production industry
Internal Audit, FSSC, FSMS and HACCP certification preferred
Very detail oriented and strong multi-tasking skills
Good writing, statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
