Position Title: Hygiene Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai.
Job Description:
Works closely with the hotel’s nominated cleaning supplies and hygiene consultants.
Supervises stewards and kitchen staff and ensures they are following all hygiene standards and practices.
Performs regular hygiene inspections in all areas of the kitchen and food service areas.
Ensures the hygiene standard of Food and Beverage production and service within the Hotel.
Works closely with the local Hygiene and Health authorities/ agencies and coordinates with all related matters that involve the Hotel and the authorities.
Provides advice to the Management to ensure environmental hygiene - Coordinates and ensures the implementation of the Pest Control program in the Hotel.

Qualifications:
Open to Filipino, Pakistani, Indian, Nepali, and Sri Lankan nationals
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certificate
At least 2 years’ experience in the same role from 4 star/ 5-star hotel
Must have best practices in Quality Management System- ISO, HACCP, SOP and SSOP knowledgeable, Quality system monitoring and auditing
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
