Material Controller – Oil & Gas

Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate
• 3-4 years of related experience in Oil & Gas industry as a Store keeper/Material controller / Inventory Coordinator.
• Must have good knowledge of Pipe & fittings, vessels and structure materials.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP Software) will be plus point.
• Must have good knowledge of materials receiving, safe stocking, cycle counts and issuance of materials.
• The job involves working day or night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily over all warehouse activities, receiving incoming material, routing to appropriate area for storing and issuance to required work orders.
• Assist in arranging shipments, ensuring quantity accuracy of shipments and preparation of shipping documentation such as delivery notes.
• Ensuring inventory transactions logging accurately.
• Ensure that accurate inventory quantities are maintained in the system for all inventory items.
• Maintaining consumables, raw materials, electrical items and all other standard items in system that are readily available and accessible for consumption.
• Responsible for all inventory transactions such as Receipts, Issuance, PO’s checking in Microsoft Dynamics AX Software.
• Forecasting future stock needs based on orders and Maintaining minimum stock levels with good records keeping all times.
• Preparing purchase requisitions for replenishing inventory and keeping track of Inventory balance (Safety Stock - Reorder stock - Maximum Stock)
