Hiring for Application Support Specialist (Informatics Power Center/BDM, Hadoop)

Job Description:
• 5+ years of experience at a relevant Technical position in large organizations. Banking background.
• Hands on knowledge on Informatics BDM and Power Center for trouble shooting production issues.
• Hands on knowledge on Hadoop components for trouble shooting production issues – viz OOZIE, Ambari, Scoop scripting. HDFS commands.
• Proficient in writing advanced Hive queries.
• Knowledge on relational and non-relation Databases (Sybase IQ, Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo DB, Hive, postgresql).
• Hands on experience in Unix Command.
• Good knowledge of reporting tools viz. Cognos, Power BI.
• Good knowledge of Open source applications/application components
• Good knowledge of application licensing
• Knowledge in Informatica Administration is an added advantage.
