· 2+ years of GCC Experience in the Automobile Body Shop Estimator Profile

· Qualification: Minimum – Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Field.

· Age: 25 to 40 years

· Job Types: Full-time , Part Time , Commission Basis

SERVICE ADVISOR JOB

Service Advisor required (must have driving license).

Primary Responsibilities:

· To write accurate repair estimates of accident-damaged vehicles.

· To interact with Insurance company for Claims and handling the complete process of Accident claims

· To Receives customer vehicles, understands, clarify customer needs and carry out pre-acceptance inspection (damage on the body, check valuables left in car, etc.) record results on check sheet, confirm them with customer and get customer signature

· Inform customers of any defects, scratches, dents, etc. by providing photos and/or videos via email showing the defects.

· Fill in customer and vehicles information in DMS database.

· Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on the Job Card to help the technician locate the problem.

· To Ensure that customers vehicle is fixed right 1st time by implementing the quality procedures and communicate frequently with Workshop Foreman and Technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

· To Update customer regularly on the progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.

· Contact customer regarding any change in the estimate, explain cost and time requirements in detail.

· To Keep Workshop Supervisor / Manager informed of all problems involving clients, repair, and equipment.

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of the Spare parts their prices, suppliers and body structure of the vehicles

· To negotiate and get the best price for the accident claims

· Deal with the management of the insurance company for claims

· Execute the accident jobs on the floor with the technicians

· Follow up progress of each repair order during the day and update the customers.
