This organization is a long-standing family group based in the UAE with a diverse portfolio of industries and business interests.
They have created a new position due to business growth and demand for talent within the organization. Reporting to the CHRO you will manage a small team of talent specialists and liaise across all business units.
To be considered for this role you MUST have:
• At least 10 years talent acquisition/recruitment agency experience across a broad industry portfolio (Ideally have as clients GCC family groups)
• 5+ years’ experience in the GCC
Ideally you will have experience with
• Assessing candidates with qualification to support this, including exposure to psychometric assessment tools
• ATS – such as Taleo and or Workday
• Headhunting techniques such as market mapping, talent pooling to a C Level.
• Assessment and / or coaching qualifications will be highly regarded.
• You MUST have as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area to be shortlisted - MBA is desirable but not essential.
• A preference is given for candidates who have worked in a Western country (UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa etc.) or strong candidates with an Arab/Western background.
