Account and Business Development Manager

JAM is recruiting for Full time Account and Business Development Manager in an Events Power Company in Dubai, UAE.
About the role:
• Establishes new accounts in Events, Power and Cooling industry by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
• Deliver weekly Sales Call/ Meeting plan to line manager.
• Maintain, update, and review weekly Sales Pipeline Flash report with Hire Desk prior to submittal to Country Manager for review.
• Maintain, manage, and deliver on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets and all KPI objectives set by the Business.
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients, acquired new business utilizing the rental product range within the company’s portfolio to deliver the agreed revenue target.
• Identify and penetrate under-developed market sectors within Power generation and temperature control industry.
• Liaise with the Service team for engineering support, HDC for equipment availability and Finance.
• Site surveys to ascertain customer requirement and enable to provide an accurate quotation.
About you:
• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience from rental and Events industry or similar
• Knowledgeable with ERP system
• Excellent knowledge of the Power Generation and Temperature control industry and market sectors within.
