Position Title: Chef de Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualification plus tips
Job Location: Mirdif City Center, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A renowned French pastry shop and restaurant chain in UAE
Job Description:
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in pastry section
Coordinate daily tasks with the junior pastry chef
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
المهارات
Qualifications:
35 years old and below
Should have at least 2 years of experience in the similar role
Should have experience in high end casual restaurants / cafes
Immediate joiner will be prioritized
