APG is urgently hiring a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Architect for Dubai Site Team.
Job Descriptions:
• Guiding the construction project from start to finish
• Report on a daily basis to the Project Manager in all activities occurred on site.
• Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements.
• Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors.
Requirements:
• With 15+ years’ experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Can join immediately.
