Hiring Head of Sales for Brokerage Firm
Location: Dubai
We are Al Ruwad Real Estate leading brokerage firm. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Work with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
