Requirements
• The purpose of this role is to assist Central Tax Team (CTT) in all Group tax matters (direct & indirect) covering all countries Middle East, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands & British Virgin Islands,
• Corporate Tax and International tax matters
• M&A;deals
• Tax structuring
• Transfer Pricing
• UAE VAT
• Compliance monitoring; and
• Tax audits and assessments.
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• CPA/CA or equivalent essential
• 4-5 years of experience working in Big 4 environment essential
• Experience working in the tax function in the Middle East for a large MNC group (preferable)
• Microsoft excel proficient
• Exhibit interpersonal skills while interacting with the cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
