Role scope: Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities. Negotiate and close complex deals with new and existing customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the successful launch of new products and services. Prepare and manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
