Hiring Administration Manager - Dubai, UAE
• Should have UAE Driving License
• Salary up to 15000 AED with all-inclusive
• FM & Hospitality industry experience is a must
• Demonstrated and experienced results-oriented Administration and Facility Management professional (5 years in UAE) within the field of Facilities /Administration / Asset Management experience.
• Hands experience in various sectors such as Residential - High rise, Mid-level and cluster buildings / commercial, retail, schools, Infrastructure, and Community Management.
• Data-driven Leader maker who values builds, and maintains relationships. Adapts well to rapidly changing environments, regulations, and stakeholders.
• Works on the process and system-oriented organization.
• Accomplished in meeting budget requirements, energy management, building systems, upkeep of building assets, and leading a successful hard and soft FM (TFM).
• Adept at scheduling facilities maintenance, minimizing downtime of assets, and working with QHSE Policy and process.
• Well-versed in equipment troubleshooting and repair with a precise focus on quality and efficiency.
