We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Dubai Branch.
This role is responsible for coordinating with the logistics department for shipment of materials, daily scheduling of deliveries and collections, follow up on exports to clients and branches and packing lists, register and maintain shipment data, resolve problems associated with transportation, customer problems, and logistics systems, prepare and maintain supplies for shipping, and responsible of the completion of all required documentation including delivery notes, customer signature, invoicing, and invoice deliveries.
This job requires minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar field, proficiency in MS Office, ability to understand customer requirements precisely, good oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
