Job Title: Deputy Director General of Academic Affairs
A school based in UAE is seeking an experienced and visionary Deputy Director General of Academic Affairs to join their team. The Deputy Director General will work closely with the Director General and senior leadership team to drive academic excellence and oversee the school’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading, managing, advising, assessing, and meeting the educational needs of the school and students and also motivate staff to achieve the school’s strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• A master’s degree from an accredited institution (An earned doctorate from an accredited institution is desired).
• Five years of senior administrative-level leadership and experience in education.
• Three years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated skill in effective communication with people who are diverse in their cultures, languages, and abilities.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to and ability to work with diverse academic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, and strong fiscal management linking resources.
• Allocation to planning and priorities (including data-driven decision-making) and leading the efforts to meet accredited standards.
• Native English speakers; Being bilingual is a plus.
• Can start immediately.
