Position Title:  Customer Service Representative

Employment Type:  6 months (extendable)

Salary:  up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

Helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels - email, face to face, over the phone about the products and services, to offer help, and answer questions thus resolving customer issues.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests while keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

22 to 35 years old
Open to Emirati or Comoros nationals
At least 6 months experience in the same role
Must be available to join immediately
