Hiring Senior Technical Support Engineer
• Location: Dubai
• Experience - 8-10 Years.

Job Description
• Administration of Public #Cloud, #Azure, #AWS, #Oracle
• Windows & Linux OS administration.
• Installation, Configuration, and Administration of all Windows Servers with Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, File & Print Server, etc.
• Analyse and troubleshoot server related issues.
• Creation of AD Group policies to enforce Domain and OU Level
• Security of Users and Computer objects.
• Daily server health checks and action on notifications.
• Co-ordination with vendors for business applications.
• Office 365 user management.
• High priority support to Executive/VIP users.
• Provide technical support on Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and investigated alternative methods for solving problem.
• POC of a new software/application as per business requirement.
• Manage the day-to-day workflow of tickets, emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for efficient and effective office operations.
• Manage major or critical incidents and followed-up till closure.
• Maintaining all the IT Asset records.
• Microsoft Cloud Certification, ITIL Certified
• UAE driving License is mandatory.
