Sales Executive Glass (Arabic Speakers) for a client in Dubai.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develops and executes direct sales activities to maintain and develop sales following agreed business plans.
• Plans and implements sales activities following the approved budget, sales volumes, values, product mix, and timescales.
• Achieves the sales target on monthly basis.
• Ensures that payment terms are met and achieves collections payments on time.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to sales inquiries, providing guidance, recommending new opportunities, and service improvement.
• Maintains and develops existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing departments.
• Monitors and reports on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carries out market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
• Liaises and attends meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
• Coordinates the external marketing activities related to presales.
• Reports sales activities progress to the line manager on weekly basis.
Qualifications:
• BA in Architecture engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in glass industries.
• Strong understanding of architectural specifications, and glass performance specifications.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have UAE driving License.
