Position: Project Manager | Location: United Arab Emirates | Job Schedule: Full Time

Job Description: The IT project manager is responsible for setting the team’s deadlines and ensuring a successful outcome.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide technology strategy planning.
Leads the development of the overall approach for the cybersecurity program, its time frames, and the definition of its major deliverables to meet the desired goals and outcomes.
Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs and
Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security, and privacy.
Participate in recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of new IT staff/software developers.
Supervise and direct IT personnel/software developers.

المهارات
Qualification and Skills

Strong problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience as an IT professional.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
Great social skills.
Result-orientated mindset.
Strong communication skills.
Arabic speaker is a must.
Excellent attention to detail.
PMP certificate would be desirable.
