Position: Senior Planning Engineer
Experience: 5 Years’ Experience in the field of MEP
Job description:
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, submit, and update the project programm of works in coordination with the master project programme.
• Preparation, submission, follow up, and updating of :
• Project detailed MEP construction programme
• Project material submittals and procurement schedule
• Project cost loaded schedule
• Project labor histograms
• Reporting to all concerned parties regarding critical path activities status and necessary actions if applicable.
• Initiation / responding to the main contractor’s planning/time-related correspondence.
• Attend all site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Main contractor.
• Liaison, preparation, and issue of all time impact programmes to substantiate/support claims (EOT) at the post constructions stage.
• Preparation and maintenance of the project As Built Programme.
• Preparation and maintenance of the project close-out program.
• Preparation of recovery programmes in association with Construction-in-charges and Senior Engineers.
• Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Main contractor.
