Hiring Junior Legal Counsel / Junior Legal Officer
Qualification: Master of Law Degree from a well-reputed university
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that investment transactions are carried out in accordance to the UAE laws and compliance procedures
• Draft and review company’s contracts, analyze potential related risks
• Participate in litigation process, review litigation documents and provide advise
• Assist in developing company’s legal policies and procedures, ensure their implementation
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate / commercial law at a law firm or in house
• Strong experience working with contracts
• Previous experience in the UAE is a must
• Financial services industry experience in a plus
• Exposure to international law is a plus
• Block train and technology experience is a plus
• Holding abundant local government resources
