Hiring Customer Service/Sales Support - Dubai
(Fitness Retail Experienced)
• Retail experience in the fitness sector is highly preferred (eg: fitness equipment & accessories).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of such experience.
• Exposure to handling customer inquiries and deliveries.
• Follow up on sales, invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with supply chain & warehouse teams for stock and timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer support.
• Experience working with CRM preferred.
• Maintain various reports including sales report, leads etc.
• Should be available in the UAE with local experience.
