Facility Manager

Facility Manager - Civil background- Dubai
We are looking for a Facilities Manager for our new Facilities Management Division/Company in Dubai who will work directly with the clients to deliver FM services.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement business development strategies
• •Supervise the day to day facility operations as per the contractual terms with the clients.
• Establish the preventive maintenance plan in line with the contractual requirement.
• Supervise the team for Installation & troubleshooting of HVAC/ Electrical/ Plumbing systems.
• Overseeing both hard and soft Facilities services.
• Respond to the Emergency call outs at any time.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Act as subject matter expert in the delivery of FM services on site
• Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports on facilities operations.
• Supervise team members in accordance with company policies and procedures. Schedule and conduct team meetings.
Qualification & Experience
• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 10+ years of Facilities management experience in UAE, 3 years in managerial position
• Experience in handling facilities management of residential portfolios- High rise & villas
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, MEP etc.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• UAE driving license
