Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital is looking for Call Center Agents preferably with UAE hospital experience.
• Atleast 2 years of working in healthcare related environment (UAE hospital Experience)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• In change of answering Phone calls and assisting callers with any information they need, providing courtesy calls to patient to remind them of any Upcoming appointment
• Strong computer skills including word processing email, calendar and Data base and departmental specific software
