Sales Executive – Real Estate Development

We, as one of the leading Company in Dubai, are looking for Sales Executive to join our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
To be able to work on ready as well as off-plan properties & be able to work with developers
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
المهارات
UAE working experience for 3 to 4 years in sales
Excellent negotiating & convincing skills
UAE Driving License holder
Must be fluent in English
Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
