General Description:
Jabs Trading LLC / Markettcom LTD is looking for a Sales representative / Account Manager that is responsible for selling the
company products that include the following:
Promotional Items, Premium giveaways & Corporate Gifting
Plastic Products
Uniform
Printing Material
Brand Licensing.
POSM Materials
This will be done by identifying leads, educating prospects on products, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Duties and responsibilities
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in the company system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory /market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Insure after-sales services are met with high standards.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an added value
Valid Driving license in UAE
Familiar with Dubai markets and business area
Minimum 3 years experience in sales in UAE.
