Job Description: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant Work with the Restaurant Manager to set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices. Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.
