Xterior is an award-winning design and build company. We are looking for highly motivated Draftsman to join our family run Xterior team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Design shop drawings for full landscaping works (pools, water features, pergolas, outdoor kitchens)
• Design pool MEP drawings for execution on site
• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision
• Prepare the final drawings to be submitted to the client
• Responsible for all the projects Document Control
• Communicate with authorities, control the approval process
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in pool industry, knowledge of MEP
• Excellent AutoCAD
• knowledge of Revit is an advantage
• Excellent English Language.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The salary for this role will be based on experience and qualifications.
