A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.
Job Description:
• Assisting the head chef in planning and supervising the food preparation process.
• Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow recipes and food safety standards.
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
• Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard of quality and taste.
• Managing inventory and ordering food supplies to ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE, at least 2 years in the similar position
• Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant kitchen
• Must have knowledge or experience in Uzbekistan or International cuisines
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
