Assistant Cafe Manager

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock level and make sure cafe is running smooth.
• Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
• Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant.
• Handle day to day management activities.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
• Supervise opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional fair manner.
• Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies.
• Excellent Knowledge of English and preferably who speaks Russian language. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Ability to demonstrate delegation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Excellent communication skills Skilled at multitasking
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
