Hiring Procurement/Sales Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
• Gathering market info to enable negotiations regarding variation in prices.
• Logistic leader is responsible in handling Purchase Order
• Monitor incoming deliveries from suppliers and outgoing transaction to customer.
• Ensures that necessary documents are settled down.
• Coordinates with team to address logistic needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible in handling delivery note, packing list and invoices.
• Check all the billing from the shipper for the shipment.
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Can communicate well in English Language (Writing & Verbal)
• Can do Multi-task and can work under pressure
• Location: Al Mamzar, Dubai,UAE
