Planning Engineer – Oilfield Industry
Industry – Oilfield Equipment’s manufacturing
Job Requirements:
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-6 years of costing and estimation experience in relevant production in Oil and Gas industry knowledge.
• Must have experience in repair/re-manufacturing operations of API,16A,16C,6A & 7-1
• Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Oracle System
• Must have adequate knowledge in estimation/manufacturing/machine shop/welding processes/repair/re-manufacturing operations/API Monogram.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and process all customers enquires received.
• Collate and prepare quotations in line confirmed scope of work.
• Produce detailed workings with breakdown of estimated process man hours required.
• Liaise with production to determine available capacity to offer accurate delivery timescales
• Coordinate with sales regarding target or market pricing against estimation
• Generate weekly and monthly report to management
• Perform OH&S;Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions
• Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system
• Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries
• Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.
