Fit-out Project Engineer

Urgently hiring Fit-out Project Engineer in Dubai, UAE with below criteria:
Job Description:
• Supervise the execution of Fit-out Projects and coordinate with civil & MEP works during construction.
• Strong technical experience in the fit-out industry and capable to lead design process from initiation to handing over.
• Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
• Should be experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.
• Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
Job Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Dubai, UAE in building contracting sector (Fit-out and interior design works)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Major: Architectural, Interior Design or Civil
• Approved engineer from related authorities in Dubai (DM)
• Driving license obtained and capable of commuting as per projects requirements
• Availability: preferably immediate.
• Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
