Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Providing administrative assistance to management - Coordination of office activities and operations in order to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
• Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as an office administrator,
• assistant administrator, or in a related role
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
• 1 year of experience in administrative services or a related field is required.
• Attested documents
• Can join immediately
