Our client is in the minerals and mining

Industry. They are now looking for a corporate recruiter to join them.

Responsibilities:

Identify the right candidates through different sources, shortlist the best candidates, and arrange interviews.
Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, Career Fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain the position requirements and discuss the Job Description with them.
Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.

المهارات
Minimum Experience:

5 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
Extensive experience hiring candidates across – Supply chain, digital transformation, legal, strategy & finance, corporate affairs.
