Job Position: Junior-Level Lawyer

- Salary: AED 18,000 to AED 23,000

- Food and Transportation allowance (negotiable).

Job Type: Full-time

المهارات
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law; MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience as a lawyer in Dubai.
Specialized in accounting/finance/banking-related law.
Possessing sufficient knowledge and experience in the field of labor law and real estate-related law and regulations in Dubai.
Experienced in dealing with Business Merger & Acquisition (M&A;).
Possessing sufficient knowledge in VAT & Corporate Tax system in Dubai.
Prefer someone with the UAE Driving License.
