We are Hiring Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in construction companies in UAE is preferred minimum of 5 years.
• Has worked in construction with a proven track record on projects from start to finish with a Main Contractor.
• Possession of a good working knowledge of Contracts and Subcontracts i.e., FIDIC Forms of Contract and Subcontracts with respect to Payments, Variations, Valuations, Notification periods, etc.
• Is proficient in preparation and assessing Interim Payment Applications of Subcontractors, Suppliers, Vendors, etc.
• Be proficient in the preparation and submission of Variations and required Substantiation.
• Previous experience in compiling Sub-Contract Agreements.
• MEP experience is advantageous.
• Experienced in taking off quantities and providing Bills of quantities.
• Experienced in compiling Variations rates from the first principles.
• Previous experience in issuing applications for payment to the client with all backup documents.
• Location: Hatta-Dubai
