Strategic
Lead and direct the development of the Marketing division strategy to enhance the Mezzan brands and drive the demand for Mezzan products, in alignment with the organizational long-term objectives
Align the division’s strategy and objectives by participating in the development of business plans, feasibility studies, and detailed project plans in accordance with Mezzan’s overall business strategy and direction
Operational
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations (ROI’s)
Manage the marketing activities of Mezzan by developing marketing plans, campaigns, and measures to support the organization in achieving its short and long term strategic goals
Ensure effective utilization of the Marketing budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
Maintain and enhance Mezzan’s brands and products and support the Sales strategy, as well as the business strategy, through coordinated marketing efforts
Ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives (including NPD/NPI) and strategies to maintain and strengthen Mezzan’s brand position and equity in the market
Oversee the implementation and launching of new promotional ideas and activities, and identify high and low selling items and develop specific promotional activities to enhance and push their sales
Initiate and manage the sourcing, negotiating and selection of professional consultants, agencies, and suppliers to undertake marketing projects and campaigns
Manage market research activities and monitor competitors’ marketing and media actions to support the planning, management of existing services, and development of new services
People
Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective application of the Mezzan Performance and Development Review process
Direct planning and selection of manpower in the designated Division, in line with the business and operational plans
Ensure high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within Division
Distribute and allocate day-to-day business activities to direct subordinates and supervise execution and delivery of operational tasks and assignments by providing on-the-job guidance and support
Provide subordinates with on-the-job trainings and equip them with all the pre-requisite material and tools to allow them to deliver in line with the Section’s business requirements
Provide guidance and ensure that direct subordinates comply with Mezzan’s policies, processes, practices and systems

Minimum of 20 years marketing experience
At least 5 years experience in similar role
Academic qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing
