We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.
As a company CarLogik is the link between car owners and auto repair workshops, we act on behalf of the client.
A Customer Operations Specialist, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve problems that our customers might face efficiently.
The best Customer Operations Specialists are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and communicate passionately. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer Operations Specialists can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and speak up for them when necessary.
Problem-solving also comes naturally to Customer Operations Specialist. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and close deals, while maintaining a high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Close sales leads.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is a must.
Auto industry experience is a must.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Being fluent in English is a must.
Being fluent in Arabic would help.
Being fluent in Urdu would help.
