Coordinator Project Sales

At Finesse Global we are hiring Coordinator Project Sales.
• Contractual Role
• Locally and Immediately Available Candidates Only
• Minimum 2 years work experience in UAE.
• The main purpose of this position is to ensure all customer administration and orders are recorded, managed, are accurate and serviced to a high standard.
• From our customer records originate all workflow driving billing, payments, build and operations.
• The administration role therefore contributes directly to cash-flow, cost management and customer service. Excellent M/S Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Preferred to have familiarity with CRM systems, ideally M/S Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Advantage to have some experience of Oracle systems though not essential.
• Preference would be given to candidates with exhibition industry experience and sales administration background.
