Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.
Match the most suitable candidates based on the established criterial to different positions whilst creating and building strong relationships with job seekers
Manage applications to ensure the defined SLA are met and the defined KPIs are delivered
Generating a high volume/high-quality pipeline of future suitable candidates
Ensure that applicants are kept up to date as to the status of their application and the next step
Contacting candidates regarding their availability & updating the CRM system accordingly
Facilitate and finalize contract agreements between candidates and employers

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.
Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
Dynamic individual with an HR background with an ability to screen and select suitable candidates.
Knowledge of best practices in recruitment (360 degrees) within the healthcare sector and customer service methodologies
Well-experienced with LinkedIn recruitment, job board databases, social media and headhunting for passive candidates
