We are looking for a Commercial analyst who will be able to drive jointly with the Commercial director/Marketing Director and senior Finance team the profitable growth agenda over the next 3-5 years. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team and maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team. The Commercial analyst will act as an adviser to the Commercial director/Marketing and Sales teams.
Provide financial insight to Commercial director, Sales and Marketing team.
Business partnering with sales counterpart – with focus on CG/SIS/FS/Retail/Ecom channel.
Evaluate Customer P&L;& Promotions.
Support in Monthly financial closing
Prepare and analyze value chain for NPD/EPD or promotions.
Preparing insightful reports and financial analysis to support Commercial team in decision making, highlighting significant variances vs. Budget, Forecast and previous year.
Analyze sales/ margins - volume, price, mix vs. Budget/Forecast/LY - identifying issues & recommending actions.
Aid with modelling and scenario testing for new products and business opportunities.
Other Ad-hoc requirements to drive revenue maximization.
Work Closely with Sales Team to support sales planning & analysis.
Help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications.
Work with Trade Marketing team for the ROI analysis for every promotion – Preapproval and post analysis.
Support Commercial team in preparing the Budget/Rolling Forecast/LRP plans.
Be a bridge between the Demand Planning team and Sales team in analyzing and improving the Sales forecast accuracy.
Work with the marketing team in implementing the price increases, making sure all the prices are implemented in system and conducting proactive analysis on the margin.
Inform the sales team time to time the impact on margins due to WAC fluctuations.
المهارات
Education:
CIMA Qualified/CPA/Qualified Chartered Accountant qualification
Experience:
Experience in running and developing ERP and financial IT systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion.
Experienced in Emerging Markets (especially Middle East and Asia) with management responsibilities across various geographies will be essential.
Ideally, experience in working in a Ecommerce business or in a PE-backed company.
A well-rounded Finance Professional with at least 5-6 years of experience who developed his/her career with blue chip companies in the food processing, manufacturing or FMCG/Retail industry.
Minimum2-3 years of experience in Food processing/ Manufacturing/FMCG
Experienced in Emerging Markets (especially Middle East and Asia)
Computer Skills:
Advanced or working knowledge experience with Microsoft Dynamic D365
