For a multi-award-winning global fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, with operations across the GCC.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and purchasing high-quality women’s wear merchandise
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive prices and delivery schedules
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and merchandising, to ensure cohesive and effective buying strategies
• Staying up-to-date on fashion industry trends and market developments
• Overseeing and managing buying budget
Requirements:
• Experience buying women’s wear
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of women’s wear trends
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
