Looking for Sales Head - Organic Fertilizers (Africa/Middleast/Asia)
Urgent hiring:
The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for Specialty fertilizers & Biological agri inputs sales and marketing efforts of the company, including the development and execution of strategies, the management of sales teams, and the analysis of market trends.
Also be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Products: Water soluble NPKs & straights; steam granulated NPKs & straights; liquids and suspensions; full range of biological products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Product Sales, Marketing and Business development.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the marketing team
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
• Leading the sales team and ensuring that they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to meet their sales targets.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• The Head of Sales and Marketing is also responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular reports to upper management
• Managing the budget for the sales department and ensuring that the company’s resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation of marketing materials, advertising, and public relations efforts.
• Analyzing sales data and using it to inform decision-making and to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Providing regular reports to the management team on the performance of the sales and marketing department.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as research and development, production, and finance, to ensure that the sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals
• Keeping Debts under control

• Collections and Recoveries
• New customer addition
• Trade lane development
Yellow Lines
• KYC of customers
• Ensure old outstanding are cleared before new orders are accepted.
• Minimum Revenue/ GP on each Job Order
• Documentation and declarations not to be compromised.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Educational Qualification(s): Graduation. MBA/ BSc or MSc Degree in Agriculture
• Experience: 12 to 15 years in AFRICA/MIDDLEEAST/ASIA market
