CAM / CAD Engineer required
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
• Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup.
• Understand, design and implement work holding for manufacturing process.
• Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.
• Conduct quality check.
• Follow up the job time sheets and machine utilization.
• Excellent knowledge of solid works, Mastercam, and PowerMill.
• Superior background in the use of the CNC machines.
Job Description
• Preparing Programming for CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning.. etc.
• Understanding the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings.
• Translating instructions into computer commands (Develop CAD-CAM files) so the machines can perform the correct function.
• Review processing schedules and production orders to determine inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
