Account Manager

Account Manager required
• Manager is responsible for managing Event House clients.
• Manager will work closely with the team to conceptualize, manage and run events for our respective clients effectively and efficiently.
• This requires the successful candidate to have a high level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• It is integral that the candidate nurtures our client relationships and that they possess the communication skills to liaise with numerous stakeholders.
The role includes:
• Develop and understanding our clients’ needs in order to define overall event strategies, defining and achieving goals, themes, and executing the event
• Meet and liaise with the clients to create timely and effective events
• Nurture leads, increase engagement, conversion rates and contribute to Events factory strategic growth
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing collaterals according to the client requirements
• Contractual management, negotiate terms and agreements
• Create and monitor budgets, invoices and supplier costs
• Complete additional ad hoc reporting as required
• Liaise with the Account Director to assess and evaluate costs
• Develop database of key stakeholders and third party suppliers
• Manage and liaise with third party providers
• Facilitating and managing events on ground and where required, the onsite team at each event including briefing and on-ground management
